13. The use of a phoenix down must be pre approved by a writer.
14. The acceptability of your emo-ness is a direct relation to your hair tone. The lighter hair (Cloud, Tidus) emo is considered angsty, and situational. The darker hair (Vincent, Squall) are whiney and disassociative.
