Where are the sources to back it up? There are no actual quotes from SE's president in this article, it just strikes me as a typical sensationalist piece of journalism with no evidence to back it up from some no-mark journalist trying to make a name for themself.

This pretty much effects anyone who wants games like Dirge of Cerberus as well as TWEWY. (Heh, Twewy.) Dirge was revolutionary with combining the RPG-ness WELL with 3rd person shooting.

Erm, i looked into this story a bit more and it seems it does have a bit of weight behind it after all. However, it was wrong about games like the world ends with you being affected what will actually be affected is SE's go at mobile phone gaming. Namely, stuff like before crisis and the upcoming (though maybe not after this news) Final fantasy XIII Agito. It won't end SE's ingenuity or anything that drastic.
So i hold my hands up and say i'm was wrong and also a pleb after what i had put in my previous posts.

Actually Squeenix are making a gaming phone speifically for...yup you guessed it.... Gaming! But it's still in development and it might not take off...Hopefully it will but still don't get your hopes up just yet.....
