see i never thought i would like it but then my brother was playing it when we were home sick from school today and i got sucked into the story line so i decided from then on i wanted to play it too so i guess thats why i like it

I just got MGS2.
The story seems a little... I dunno, I will give it a chance, though I love the gameplay.

Also, in the first mission, with Snake, save about 11 to 15 times. Octacon cannot tell proverbs.

What the heck, Gazzy?! You know more about the game than I do, and you haven't even played it! Lol, being a hardcore gamer is awesome. I did the same thing to my friend who started playing Devil May Cry (I've played it now though, it's a great game.)

Ah, Devil May Cry.... Fun to play....for about 15 minutes until you get annoyed at the difficulty, fun to watch..... for about 15 minutes until you get annoyed at the monotony.

An the reason I knew that is I watch Metal Gear Easter Egg videos. And I AM getting Metal Gear Portable Ops (NOT Plus.) for PSP, which is a sequel to MG3. Aaaaaaand I've played the original on NES.

I HAVE PORTABLE OPS AND MGS 2, AND 3!!!!!
2 isn't much but three is hardcore :D i go into gronzy grad and sneak into the shagohod labs and then go to the top bridge and start sniping people up the arse! :ROFL:

Portable Ops + is absolutly (mind me language) shithouse, made no sense to me, MGS 3 - 4 is my favourite, hated raiden in Number 2 but loved watching and listening to the riddles that Vamp Said.

Number 3 was heaps different knowing the type of gameplay it has, number 4 made me so happy knowing you can actually use stealth for once thank god.

all up MGS = Next Generation (in my opinion) Series (if they bother to make any more)

^PO+ wouldn't make sense it's just a mission/online pack, all the story is in PO, they just made that so people get more missions with the PO gameplay.

MGS owns, love them all
